TERMS & CONDITIONS / SERVICE CONTRACT
BILLING: All accounts are due within thirty (30) days of the billing date. Plyweb reserves the right to remove any unpaid content from the Internet until payment for the work is received. This includes temporary disablement of web site or services offered until payment is received, payment schedule met, or balance paid in full. Any monies owed aged over 90 days will cause an interruption in service until 50% of the balance owed is paid. Plyweb reserves the right to collect a deposit for future work to be done. Plyweb reserves the right to add late fees for non-payments while service is continued. Plyweb reserves the right to reject further service or work until balance is paid or agreed payments have been satisfied. Plyweb reserves the right to charge for over the phone technical support unless otherwise waived as inclusion to a service plan.
SERVICE CONTRACT TERMS: Plyweb reserves the right to refuse further service to Customer if Customer does not agree to the terms and conditions of this document. Additionally, if Customer does not comply within 30 days with the signing of this document, said Customer is found in disagreement with the terms set forth and all services offered Customer will be terminated after 60 days of requested signature of this document. Under no circumstances will Plyweb help Customer transfer data from Plyweb Server while outstanding balances exist. All data will be archived for later retrieval upon any outstanding balances being paid for up to 6 months, for which, after 6 months there will be a charge for your data only after balances are paid in full. All continued business is required to agree with the terms of this contract. Services will not continue or begin without the acknowledgement of this document by the signing of the Customer.
DATA LOSS: Plyweb cannot be held liable for data loss, file integrity, or misplaced data. Though Plyweb conducts in-house data backups for unforeseen catastrophes, your data is ultimately your responsibility. Plyweb makes no guarantee nor warrants against data loss. Plyweb offers many standard forms of data transmission. However, if you need help setting up a backup plan, please contact support@plyweb.com to setup an appointment.
SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS: Plyweb cannot be held liable for service interruptions. Though Plyweb strives to provide an uninterrupted service, Plyweb simply makes no guarantee against any or all service interruptions. If service needs to be interrupted due to maintenance or a scheduled update, Plyweb will, depending on the time required, either A) conduct the upgrade at system idle, or B) schedule notification to such account holders of service interruption no less than one (1) day, 24 hours, before execution. LOSS OF BUSINESS LIABILITY: Plyweb will not be held liable for loss of business due to any kind of service interruption.
COPYRIGHT MATERIAL: Plyweb will not be held liable for copyright infringement; it is the responsibility of the Customer. Plyweb also refuses to discern between copyrighted or legal and is assumed legal; it is the responsibility of the Customer to provide only non-copyrighted material, while all else is said Customer’s liability.

I understand, that I have 30 days to accept or reject the above conditions, and after 60 days without signature, I understand that Plyweb has the right to remove my account/content for later retrieval upon any monies owed, paid in full. I agree to all conditions set forth within this document:
